The Irish Wake is available for private charter from early May until the end of September by advance reservation only. The boat is well suited for relaxing get-togethers such as corporate outings, family celebrations, youth groups, or just partying with friends. We are frequently recommended by the Pentwater Chamber of Commerce. 2007 Charter Rates 2 Hours $275. 4 Hours $500. Additional Hours $200. Planning Your Charter Please schedule your Irish Wake charter at least one week in advance as the charters fill up quickly. Choose up to 6 people to enjoy the intimacy and congeniality of the Irish Wake. Charters normally depart at 8:00AM, 1:00PM, and 6:00PM. Plan your departure time and length of trip to suit your needs. We do not do overnight or bareboat charters. To Schedule Your Charter Call (231) 629-0739 anytime from May 1 to Labor Day. Personal and company checks accepted. Deposits & Cancellations 50% advance deposit is required to confirm a private charter reservation. Balance is due prior to departure. If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before departure, 75% of the deposit will be refunded. Deposits for trips cancelled less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded. If Captain Russ cancels your charter due to equipment failure, unsafe sailing conditions (i.e. heavy fog, heavy rain, very strong winds, or thunderstorms) at departure time, you may reschedule the trip or your deposit will be refunded in full.
